Branding
At tintintin* we recognise the importance of a good first impression and your brand(s) is critical to this.
The customer’s perception of what you are selling and how you sell it can mean the difference between success and failure so your business needs a good and consistent brand image to illustrate this.
Building a strong reputable brand over 17 years whilst at Feature Radiators, I learnt how important this is. It is not just about a logo and includes so many other aspects including the tone of voice used in your posts and literature, the colours chosen for your premises and the social media channels you focus on.
Logos
The logo is the main image you use to represent your brand. You need to try and sum up everything about your business in one small picture, which isn’t easy. By considering colour, font, layout and image, tintintin can help you find a logo that’s right for you.
Also in this day an age, just one logo won’t cut it. Different online platforms require different file types, shapes and sizes of logos so numerous versions must be created. But things don’t have to be complicated.
To keep costs down, we can design you something simple that does the job in-house or where necessary we can employ the expert skills of a graphic designer.

Signage
Your premises have a huge impact on the image of your business and the how your customers perceive you. Therefore, we consider and advise on signage and decor both inside and outside your premises.
Clever, well designed signage can be a cheap and effective way in which to highlight your business premises or to signpost your customers. I am able to help guide you in the decision-making and design process considering material, colour, style and position whilst working alongside a professional signage company. Although not a signage professional myself, I have many years of working alongside sign designers to achieve high quality results at a reasonable price.

Interiors
Reflecting your brand through your premises can be complicated and expensive, however there are easy and inexpensive ways of doing this through use of colour, displays and artwork. Working in the interior design industry for 17 years means I have experience in this area and I am passionate about buildings and their presentation. I try to utilise these skills to advise clients on ways to ensure that their business premises accurately reflect the message they want to give out. Simple and inexpensive actions can dramatically improve the look and feel of your space and using colour and design and I am here to advise on this.

Brand Personality
Do you have a friendly and helpful team? Then make sure you shout about it!
By demonstrating your team’s ability and dedication through social media, award wins and publicity, you can create a positive personality for your brand, encouraging customers to shop with you and spread the word.
Customer service and sales processes are key parts of generating new and repeat business. By offering an independent review of this, tintintin can provide advice on areas of improvement and identify where training would be of benefit.
An important aspect of brand is also tone of voice and this is where many companies can get it wrong; you may be too formal in your tone and come across as unapproachable or, alternatively, going too informal with lots of slang, could put off some customers.
Your people are such an important asset and through getting the right brand personality, you can ensure that sales opportunities are maximised and converted.
